Terms of Service
Last updated: July 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the XFrame Live Android application and the website xframelive.com (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using XFrame Live, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
XFrame Live is operated for the XFrame Live project. Contact: support@xframelive.com or via our Discord community linked from xframelive.com.
The Service
XFrame Live is a mobile tool that helps you capture camera and microphone input on your device and send a live stream to destinations you choose (for example Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or a custom RTMP endpoint). Optional features may include dual-camera / PiP preview, chat overlays where supported, local recording, and paid Pro upgrades via Google Play.
We do not host your live stream on XFrame Live servers. Your stream is sent to the platforms or RTMP servers you configure.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Your account and third-party platforms
XFrame Live does not require its own user account. If you connect third-party services (such as Twitch, Kick, or YouTube) or paste RTMP credentials, you are responsible for:
- keeping stream keys, tokens, and passwords confidential;
- complying with each platform’s terms, community guidelines, and live streaming rules;
- obtaining any rights, licenses, and permissions needed for the content you stream or record.
Your relationship with Google Play, Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or any other destination is separate from these Terms and governed by those parties’ own policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights of others;
- stream or record unlawful, harmful, harassing, or otherwise prohibited content under applicable platform rules;
- attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service except as allowed by law;
- misuse another person’s stream keys, accounts, or devices without permission.
Purchases and Pro features
Some features may require a paid subscription or lifetime unlock through Google Play Billing. Prices are shown in the App / Play Store. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for Play purchases are handled by Google under Google Play’s terms. Promo codes, if offered, may have additional conditions.
Local recordings
If you enable local recording, files are created on your device (and may be published to your gallery). You are responsible for storing, sharing, and deleting those files, and for any rights needed to use them.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that policy.
Intellectual property
The App, website, name, branding, and related materials are owned by the XFrame Live project or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You retain rights in the content you create and stream, subject to platform rules and applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, compatibility with every device or platform, or that third-party services will accept or keep your stream online.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XFrame Live and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or stream downtime, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim (or zero if you used only free features).
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless the XFrame Live project and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your streams, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party platform rules.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or stop offering parts of the Service. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
